Twistex was formed in 1968. The company was specialised in the sale of new and used textile machinery. Our suppliers were world famous machine builders mainly from Germany, Italy and England. We sold spinning, texturing, twisting and tufting machines together with circular, flat, and warp knitting machines also. An other activity of our group is the production of sewing thread in our factory near Lyon in the south of France. This thread is used extensively in the making up of lingerie, swimwear, underwear. Since 1983, due to our experience in the warp knitting technology and our world wide contacts, we have followed the huge demand for used warp knitting machines around the world. During these years, we have established a world wide network of specialist agents who can assist you with your enquiries in all the major textile manufacturing countries. This good marketing policy makes us today one of the biggest dealers of used warp knitting machines anywhere in the world. We buy our machines mainly from Europe because of the excellent maintenance of the machines. Our team in Europe is highly trained and professional in the dismantling, packing, and loading of all types of machinery. We have three warehouses : two in Germany and one in the USA. We can provide erectors for all type of new and used machines. We can also offer spare parts even for Kokett machines. We are present in the most important textile machinery exhibitions in the world.
